We accept exchanges and returns within the legal period of 14 days after receiving the order , provided that:

• The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use;
  
• Please return it in the original packaging;
  
• Please bring your proof of purchase.
  

After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be processed using the same payment method, within a maximum of 10 business days .

For hygiene and personalization reasons, custom-made or personalized products (such as candles with specific labels or unique decorative pieces) are not eligible for return , except in case of defect.

If the error was on our part, Nuvii will fully cover the shipping costs.
